Don’t Wait for AirPower! Xvida’s New 3-in-1 Wireless Charger Is the Solution You Need

At this point, it’s hard to believe we’ll see Apple’s AirPower anytime soon (if ever). So, a lot of people are looking for another solution. Luckily, companies like Xvida have stepped up to the plate to provide fantastic AirPower alternatives.

As you can tell, the charger can be used to charge two phones and an Apple Watch all at the same time. It has a pretty sleek industrial design and it’s made of high-quality anodized aluminum.

Overall, it has a pretty solid build and the device is much thinner and sleeker than you might expect.

There are a few things I really liked about Xvida’s Triple Power charger. First is the availability of different charging speeds. You can see the indicators for 10W (watt) charging on the left and 5W charging on the right. With that being said, you’ll get a faster charge on the left side.

If I’m charging two phones simultaneously, it’s nice to know I’m getting faster charging on the left so I can put the phone with less juice on that side. Now, keep in mind the iPhone currently only supports up to 7.5W, so you’re not going to get the full 10W speed unless you’re charging a compatible Android phone, or Apple updates the 7.5W limitation in a future iOS update.

Another thing I love about this charger is that it features both USB-C and a detachable cable. So if I want to take this on the road, I don’t need to pack an extra cable. You can even use your USB-C MacBook Pro charger to power this device!

Now one of the things I did notice, is that when I had three devices charging at the same time, I wasn’t getting the maximum amount of charge. Not to be alarmed though, this is typical of any multi-device wireless charger, and Xvida even states that the charger is built with temperature control and surge protection technology. So even when I have my massive MacBook Pro charger powering this device, you can rest assured it’s still not going to overheat.

If I had a complaint about this device, it would be the same complaint almost everyone has about wireless charging in general: You have to make sure your devices are placed in the right spot to charge. It takes a second to make sure that your phone is actually charging. But Xvida does have a neat solution for this issue.
