Unfortunately, the iPhone has never been the smartphone with the biggest battery, so a lot of people complain about battery issues in the long run.

With that said, if your iPhone’s battery is getting older, it won’t hold as much charge anymore — and it could even be slowing down your iPhone.

The good news is you can easily see the current status of your battery by going to Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging. From here, you can check the Maximum Capacity of your iPhone’s battery.

If the capacity is too low, you can either replace the battery or get a new iPhone altogether.
