6 Tips to Master the New Safari on Your iPhone

With the release of iOS 15, Apple brought many changes and improvements to the iPhone's interface. But one of the most significant changes was on the Safari browser. From the user interface to the new Safari extensions on mobile, there's a lot to learn from iPhone's new Safari.
It can also be a bit overwhelming at first since a lot of things have changed. But, fear not, if you're having trouble, here are 6 Tips to Master the New Safari on Your iPhone.
Put the Address Bar Where It Belongs
One of the biggest changes in Safari for iPhone is the address bar. You'll now see that Apple moved it to the bottom of the screen. Even though it's easier to reach if you have a big iPhone, some people might still want it at the top where it belongs.
Fortunately, you can move it back yourself. And there are a couple of ways to do it.
- Open the Settings app.
- Scroll down and select Safari.
- Scroll down again, and under Tabs, tap on Single Tab.
The next time you open Safari, you'll see the address bar at the top again. If you want, you can also do it from Safari.
- Open the Safari app.
- Tap the aA button on the left side of the address bar.
- Tap Show Top Address Bar.
The address bar will automatically go to the top. If you want to go back, just repeat the same steps and select Show Bottom Tab Bar.
Learn the New Safari Gestures
For those who like the address bar at the bottom, a few new gestures will save some time and improve your browsing experience.
- Open the tab switcher view: If you want to watch all your open tabs from the tab switcher view. You can tap the tab switcher button on the top right corner, or you can press the address bar and swipe it up to access it much quicker.
- Switch between tabs: If you have multiple open tabs, you can quickly switch between them by pressing the address bar and swiping it left or right.
- Open a new tab: A new way to open a new tab quickly is to go to the last tab you open and then swipe to the right from the address bar.
- Refresh a page: This one gesture was the most important for some of us. Now you can refresh a webpage with a single gesture. Just pull down on any website to refresh it.

- Scroll down and tap on Safari.
- Scroll down again and select Extensions.

You'll be redirected to the App Store, where you'll find a bunch of free and paid extensions for you to add and try.
How to Manage your Safari extensions on iPhone:

There is another way to manage your Safari extensions from the Safari app that is a bit quicker.
- Open Safari.
- Tap the aA button on the address bar.
- Select Manage Extensions.
- Choose to toggle the extensions on or off.

Find New Options by Long-Pressing
Even though the address bar doesn't have enough space to show every option available, you can long-press most buttons on the address bar to find new quick actions.
- Address bar: Long-press the address bar to quickly copy the URL or do a Voice Search.
- Forward and backward buttons: If you long-press the forward or backward button, you'll be able to select which page you want to go to instead of pressing multiple times.
- Bookmarks button. If you long-press the bookmarks button—the button that looks like a book—you can quickly add one or multiple tabs to your bookmarks or reading list.
- Tab button: Long-pressing, the tab button on the bottom right corner, will let you access the tab switcher view, close all tabs, or switch between private and regular mode.

If you want to share multiple website links at once, you can copy all of them at once. Here's what you need to do:
