Some Apps Might Not Work

This issue is fairly common with big software updates, and it doesn’t only happen on Apple products.

After you update to iOS 17, you might find that some of your most commonly used apps aren’t working properly. They either shut down unexpectedly, or you can’t even open them up to begin with.

Unfortunately, this usually happens because the developers behind the app or game haven’t updated it to work with iOS 17. If that’s the case, you might want to go to the App Store, search the app’s name, and find if there’s an update available.

If there isn’t, you can try restarting your iPhone. But if that doesn’t do the trick, you’ll need to wait for the developers to update their app.
