Stay Away From Your iPhone For a Few Minutes During the Day
Most iPhone apps and games are designed to take as much time out of your day as possible.
While it feels good to use these apps, you probably already know that they can also be harmful. Not only can you lose your productivity by being constantly distracted by notifications, but at worst, you can even develop an addiction to your iPhone without realizing it.
This is why you should try to stop using your iPhone during specific times of the day. This will help you clear your head and remember that there are many ways to entertain yourself without technology.
Of course, this is easier said than done. But the good news is that you can start small. Try starting with 20 to 30 minutes every day. Try turning off your iPhone or leaving it in a separate room.
As you progress, you can increase the time you’re off your iPhone. The goal is to help you stay offline for a while. You can then use that free time to play with your kids, talk to your partner, or have some me time for yourself.
