Try Reading a Little Bit More This Year
Reading is another habit many of us would like to get into but tend to forget throughout the year.
Besides being a lot of fun, reading is also incredibly beneficial for you. It’s been reported that reading can help you with stress and can help you improve your concentration and memory. That’s not even considering how you can learn about many different topics and even enhance your writing and reading skills.
Needless to say, reading is a must-have habit. Unfortunately, it can also be a tough habit to get into. To help you ease your way into it, you can start with as little as one page per day. Yes, it’s not much, and it means that reading a whole book could take months, but chances are you’ll want to read more than one page when things get more interesting.
If there are days when you don’t want to read, try forcing yourself to read one page, and you can go back to binge-watching Squid Games on Netflix. The more you do this, the easier it’ll be to read.
