This app’s name says it all, and it’s the perfect app for those of us who want to run our first 5K safely and without running out of breath after a few minutes.
Couch to 5K is a simple app with a nine-week course that you must take for at least 20 to 30 minutes three times a week.
The app comes with virtual coaches to help you on your journey. It can also keep track of all your workouts so you can see how much you’ve progressed. After the nine weeks are over, you’ll be ready to take on your first 5K run.
This app won’t help you throughout the year, but it will at least help you reach your first fitness goal of 2025.
