The main purpose of LiDAR Scanner 3D is to create and share exact 3D models of rooms and places. You can easily 3D scan your house from your iPhone and without any trouble at all. After you have your room fully scanned, you can share it right from your iPhone in different file formats, including USDZ, OBJ, STL, and PLY.

Granted, most people won’t find a use for this, other than having a cool scan of your house. But if you’re working on creating 3D graphics, or if you’re a developer, you might find the LiDAR Scanner 3D app fairly useful.
