Sleepio

Sleepio is a great app for people who have trouble sleeping at night. Not only will it help you track your sleep and easily import it to the Health app, but it’ll also give you advice on how to fall asleep faster and sleep better. That is because the app was made by Professor Colin Espie from Oxford University, who will give you the tools that you need to track your sleep and to improve it.
