There likely isn’t much to say about yoga that you don’t already know, but Pocket Yoga makes it easier to do and easier to track as well. Pocket Yoga offers 27 different sessions for you to choose from.
Each session has a different difficulty level, making it great for people just starting in the yoga world. Not only that, but if you don’t know the first thing about yoga, the app also has a pose dictionary with over 350 different poses that’ll tell you exactly how to make a correct pose, with the correct posture, alignment, and benefits.
You can track all your sessions within the app, and you can also connect it to the Health app to track things like your heart rate and how many calories you’ve burned.
